1. Delivery Rates & Free Shipping Threshold
Orders AED 500+
Complimentary standard delivery across all 7 Emirates on all equipment orders with a subtotal of AED 500 or more.
Flat AED 25
Flat AED 25 delivery fee applies to smaller equipment orders under AED 500 anywhere in the UAE.
2. Order Processing & Daily Sourcing Cutoff
- In-Stock Inventory: Dispatched from our warehouse within 1 business day of payment confirmation.
- "Sourced on Order" Gear: Sourced directly from authorized UAE brand distributors. Orders placed on business days before our 5:00 PM GST cutoff are confirmed within 24 to 48 hours maximum.
- Weekend Orders: Orders placed over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday) are processed and confirmed by 5:00 PM on Monday.
3. Emirates Delivery Timelines

Our logistics couriers will contact you by telephone or WhatsApp prior to delivery to confirm your drop-off window and exact studio/building access. Please ensure your contact number provided at checkout is active and reachable.

5. Order Tracking & Invoices
Once your order is approved and dispatched, you will receive real-time email updates and can track your order status directly inside your Customer Orders Dashboard.
