All studio equipment, microphones, interfaces, and acoustic hardware sold on The Audio Souq are 100% genuine, brand-new, and sourced directly from authorized regional distributors. Every product comes backed by official manufacturer local warranty support (1 to 3 years depending on the brand).

Defective-Out-Of-The-Box Claims

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival with the delivery driver. If your package or hardware is visibly damaged or defective upon unboxing, contact our support team at support@theaudiosouq.com or via WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery.

Verified defective items will be inspected and replaced with a brand-new factory unit under official manufacturer warranty.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled free of charge prior to dispatch from our Dubai warehouse. Once an order has been dispatched with our courier, delivery fees will apply.
