1. Transparent, 5% VAT-Inclusive Pricing

The price you see displayed on our marketplace is the final price you pay. In accordance with UAE tax laws, all prices on The Audio Souq are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include the mandatory 5% UAE VAT with zero hidden checkout fees.

2. 100% Genuine Pro Audio Equipment

Every product sold on our platform is 100% authentic, brand-new gear sourced exclusively from authorized regional distributors or manufacturers with full serial number tracking and valid warranties.

3. Pre-Dispatch Cancellation Rights

You retain the right to cancel your proforma order request free of charge at any point prior to physical courier dispatch from our Dubai warehouse.

4. 48-Hour Defect Protection & 6-Month Statutory Presumption

If an item arrives damaged or defective, report it to our team within 48 hours for an immediate complimentary pickup and brand-new replacement. Furthermore, under Article 16 of Federal Law No. 15 of 2020, any hardware defect arising in durable goods within the first six (6) months of purchase is presumed to have existed at sale, entitling you to warranty remedy.

5. Official Manufacturer Warranties

All audio hardware includes 1 to 3 years of regional distributor manufacturer warranty support. In the event of a warranty claim, our technical desk will coordinate repair or replacement directly through the brand's authorized UAE service center.
